THE PROBLEM 01

“Done” is easy to say.
Evidence is harder to fake.

AI coding agents can write the diff, run the tests, and report success. But when the builder is also the judge, a polished answer can outrun what the repository proves.

i3i separates assertion from evidence. Unsupported paths stay outside the denominator; missing evidence never gets promoted into a positive verdict.

Build a bounded roster from recognized declarations in supported TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, Go, Rust, and Java repository shapes.

Compare claims to anchored evidence and make the tier visible. If the evidence drifts, the verdict demotes when it is read again.

Every read goes back to the evidence. A stale anchor cannot coast on yesterday’s green badge, and an implementer’s claim cannot certify itself.
